Take Heart for the Nations has been established to provide relief, assistance and love to those around us - both near and far - who desperately need that relief, assistance and love. With your help, we shall strive to transform despair into hope, tragedy into recovery, and disaster into regrowth.
We hope that in these pages you will find ways in which you can show your compassionate heart to the nations, and help us to take that compassion to those who need it.

has taken part in Take Heart.
On Friday, 17th February, TS-UK launched its new website and, to celebrate, they presented a £600 cheque to Take Heart to help build the Cumbernauld Wing of the new hospital in La Gonave, Haiti.
Terry Lawrence, Managing Director of TS-UK and Stephen Macaulay, Sales Manager heard Susanne Hamilton give an update of Take Heart’s plans and efforts. Terry was so impressed by the caring heart of everyone concerned that he has promised further support for the charity – including another donation at the launch of the new website of TS-UK’s Edinburgh subsidiary, Caleylock.

Thanks to the efforts of so many people, the amount which has been collected for Take Heart for Haiti has now exceeded $34,000! Thank you everyone!
All the money collected for Haiti goes to the construction of the hospitalRemember that all of this money will go to building the Cumbernauld wing at the new hospital in La Gonave . That's right - all of it - every single penny.
Construction work on the new hospital at La Gonave in Haiti is really progressing very well, and you can see some of the progress on the first ward by watching the slider on the left.
